At Cotton Pirate, we don’t just make clothes; we create wearable art that empowers and inspires those who wear it and those who see it.

Printing Process: Our graphics are printed onto apparel using DTG printing process which stands for Direct-to-Garment. Unlike other textile printing methods, such as heat transfer or dye sublimation, DTG printing process uses DTG printers with specialized ink in order to print directly onto the garment. The fabric fibers soak up the ink, and become part of the garment. This technology enables creating prints that do not crack, peel or distort in other ways.
